Sean Yam, PhD

Sean Yam is Chief Operating Officer of GERBER-RAUTH, an Italian private investment and advisory firm working in the broader Dairy Ecosystem. He is the delegated board officer to lead Meyland Advisors, GERBER-RAUTH’s strategic advisory practice, and vice-president of the Board of Directors of L'INTERFORM, GERBER-RAUTH’s 100% owned agricultural commodities trading and commercialisation platform.

Sean was a former senior political advisor having worked directly for nearly five years with the Ministers of Education and Health and the Executive Council Office for the Government of Alberta.

Born and raised in Edmonton, Sean has a BA from the University of Alberta (Canada) and MAs from the University of Wales (UK) and Domus Academy (IT). He also holds a PhD in Regional Economics from the Polytechnic University of Milan
