Paige Wilcoxson, PsyD

Paige is a psychologist with a strong background in non-profit and academic leadership, organizational development, and learning design. She has held senior roles in higher and executive education, including professorships in both the U.S. and U.K., and has led the creation of international programs and organizations across sectors. She builds robust operational foundations, leading remote, cross-functional teams and developing systems for hiring, training, and knowledge management that foster transparency and long-term impact. She takes a systems-thinking approach to cultivating psychologically safe workplaces and mission-driven cultures. Deeply committed to advancing the public good, Paige is especially passionate about work at the intersection of social impact, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability.
