Paige Wilcoxson, PsyD

Paige is a psychologist with a background in academic leadership, organizational development, and learning design. She has held senior roles in higher and executive education, including as a university professor in both the US and UK, and has led the development of international programs and entities across sectors. Known for building strong operational foundations, Paige has successfully led remote, cross-functional teams and implemented systems for hiring, training, and knowledge management that promote transparency and sustained impact. She brings a systems-thinking approach to creating psychologically safe workplaces and mission-driven cultures. Deeply committed to advancing the public good, Paige is especially driven by work at the intersection of social impact, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability.
