Pamela Devins

Accounting & Tax Compliance Manager

Born and raised on a farm just outside of Kindersley, Saskatchewan, Pam’s early years were shaped by rural life, instilling in her a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the community and lifestyle. After completing high school, Pam moved to Saskatoon to attend the University of Saskatchewan, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology.

A lifelong learner, Pam continues to pursue education through courses at the local college in Medicine Hat as well as online programs offered by Olds College and the University of Alberta.

After a brief period working in the social sciences field, Pam made a significant career shift into accounting—a natural fit where she quickly thrived. Over the years, she has worked across a variety of industries, building a broad skill set and gaining valuable experience that ultimately led her to the non-profit sector.

Throughout her career, Pam has had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from new business owners just starting out to established companies seeking to revamp their accounting systems. Her work is consistently focused on providing clarity and accuracy while helping others succeed—whether through streamlining financial processes or offering strategic guidance to organizations on their financial journeys.

Outside of work, Pam enjoys the simple pleasures of rural life in Alberta, balancing professional commitments with quality time spent with family—and, of course, caring for her fainting goats.
