Parker Easter

Parker Easter is a corporate lawyer at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG), where he advises emerging growth companies, investors, and public issuers on corporate governance, venture capital and growth financings, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law matters. His practice is focused on helping innovative companies navigate complex legal and strategic issues as they grow and commercialize new technologies.

Alongside his legal practice, Parker is an entrepreneur and business operator with experience founding, owning, and advising businesses across manufacturing, consumer products, hospitality, and experiential entertainment. This combination of advisory and operating experience gives him a practical perspective on the challenges faced by founders, management teams, and mission-driven organizations.

As a Director of New Harvest, Parker brings expertise in governance, capital formation, commercialization, and organizational strategy to support the organization's mission of advancing the public interest through cellular agriculture research and innovation.

Parker holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from Brandon University, where he graduated as valedictorian.
